We provide tree surveys, reports and management plans that look after you, your trees, and your site.

Trees are an important resource. They provide fuel, benefit our environment, and help create great places to live.

That means it makes sense to look after them so they don’t pose a risk to people and buildings. And, if they’re on or near development sites, we need to be certain trees are not harmed during construction.

Thats where our experts come in.

Treelogic’s range of services includes:

01

Tree risk management

Owners have to make sure a qualified person checks their trees regularly to make sure they’re in good health.

Treelogic founder, Ben Hudson, has over 20 years’ experience, and is trained to the required level, and beyond, including holding the Lantra Professional Tree Inspection certificate.

So you know you’re getting the best advice.

Ben uses the latest TreeMinder software, together with GPS and laser technologies, to carry out these tree safety and hazard surveys.

02

Trees on development sites

We provide specialist support that complies with your planning application, while protecting trees on site.

From the design stage through construction, Ben works with clients, from homeowners or architects handling the build of a single house, to those building larger scale residential and commercial developments.

03

Surveying and reporting

Surveying and reporting on trees before and during construction is a fundamental part of the planning process.

We provide :

  • Tree surveys to BS5837: tagging, locating and capturing tree data
  • Tree constraints plans: maps showing tree and root protection areas
  • Arboricultural impact assessments: evaluating how a development will affect trees on or near the site
  • Tree protection plans: detailing tree protection measures

We produce reports in a format we know complies with local authorities that’ll support your planning application.

04

Site monitoring and guidance

During the construction phase, we monitor the trees on site to make sure the plan is being followed: providing an auditable reporting process, and paper trail for the local authority.
